My business mission is to inspire women to coach themselves.
After 12 years of personal training, teaching group fitness classes, teaching group yoga classes and countless conversations, I believe achieving personal fitness is less about intensity and more about consistency.
Sounds so simple...
but many struggle with defining specific wellness elements
that allow for consistency!
Which makes me wonder how I can help; my curiosity leads me to this new component of this business: fitness consulting!

NOTE: you pay for the session, your guests pay you for their portion…kinda like splitting the restaurant bill!
